Sylhet Tour! Sylhet is called the second ‘London’ of Bangladesh and is known as spiritual capital. Situated northeast of Bangladesh, it boasts lush greenery, enormous tea plantations, blue rivers, forests, and historical buildings. Sylhet is home to many species of wildlife, swamp forest, marsh wetland, a stone quarry, and many spiritual Shrines. Additionally, between the Khasi and the Jaintia hills, you’ll find the homes of the Manipuri Tribe, whose maidens are famous for their dance. There are many aboriginal tribes including the Monipuris, the Tipperas, Khasis, and Garos who still live their primal ways in the hills. Itinerary

Day 1

Day-01: Dhaka-Sylhet, Explore Sylhet City

We will pick you up from your Hotel at 06:30 AM and board the train from the Airport Railway Station. The journey to Sylhet departs at 07:03 AM.
We arrive in Sylhet around 01:30 PM and will transfer you to the hotel. After check-in, freshen up and have your lunch at dine-in or in a local restaurant
Following lunch, get ready to explore Sylhet city. Major tourist attractions include the Shrine of Shah Jalal and Shah Paran, Ali Amjad’s Clock Tower (Big Ben of Sylhet), and the Keane Bridge.

Day 2

Day-02: Jaflong, Stone Quarry and Tribal Village

After breakfast, we will drive to Jaflong. Following a two-hour drive, you will reach the city, a beautiful spot by the river Mari. Close to the Indian Border, we will stroll amongst the locals and marvel at the stone collectors. Later we will take a country boat to enjoy the scenic views of the river, hills and explore Sangrampunji Waterfall.
After lunch in a local restaurant, we’ll visit a tribal village to learn about their lifestyle.
We will drive back to Sylhet in the evening

Day 3

Day-03: Ratargul Swamp Forest and Khadimnagar National Park

Beginning at 8:30 AM, we will travel 27 km. to the Ratargul Swamp Forest. It is one of the few freshwater swamp forests in the world and it is known as the Amazon of Bengal. We’ll board a country boat and cruise inside the Swamp Forest to enjoy the natural beauty and spectacular environment. This will certainly be the highlight of the day. Here you will see different types of plant and animal diversity.
Next, we drive to Khadimnagar National Park – about 90 minutes. This important eco-tourism destination has various animal species and a wide variety of bamboo, wild orchids, and Segun (teak) as well as the Borjan Tea Garden.
Drive back to Sylhet in the evening

Day 4

Day-03: Exploring LalaKhal, Fly Back to Dhaka

Following breakfast, we drive to Shari Ghat. We again board a country boat to enjoy this masterpiece of nature. Lalakhal is considered one of the most prominent places for scenic views. The area is stunningly beautiful and the sound is mesmerizing. Floating on crystal clear waters, you’ll enjoy the small hills and gardens of the coconut tree. You will fall in love with this location!
We will drive back to Sylhet to check out of the hotel. After having lunch, we drive to the airport to catch a flight for Dhaka around noon.
Arrive in Dhaka near three o’clock, will transfer you to your hotel and end the Sylhet Scenic Tour.
